B Street Theatre’s New Play Brunch: The Great Race of Clearwater Wood

Had the pleasure of reading the role of Kit Humpalot in a staged reading of Peter Story’s adaptation of the classic tale “The Tortoise & the Hare” this last Sunday and — It. Was. A. Blast!!! The cast was huuuge which meant lots of laughter, lots of story-telling, and lots of fantastic acting was afoot. Lyndsay Burch directed and kept the ship sailing smoothly with only about 10 hours of rehearsal (which is wild!) and the performance went just as swimmingly! Grateful for the opportunity and definitely hoping to have another one again soon… in the meantime, just glad to have such amazing friends in the theatre.
